Qualifications

• Bachelors degree required in mechanical or aerospace engineering.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to communicate technical concepts related to engine components.
• Willingness to travel 40-50%.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities with engine OEMs and sub-contractors.
• Develop account growth strategies across production, sustainment, and aftermarket.
• Collaborate with engineering and procurement teams to meet customer requirements.
• Lead commercial lifecycle from opportunity to contract and production support.
