As a Senior Sales Compensation Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in evolving the sales incentive strategy, executing monthly commission payouts for the revenue organization, and optimizing the sales commission process. This role will also take on GTM strategy and operations responsibilities, with the opportunity to design processes to scale growth and support strategic revenue projects. This role will report to the Director of Sales Operations and will collaborate intimately with Finance and revenue leaders across the organization.
