Job Title: Senior Sales Compensation Analyst
Location: Remote - US
THE OPPORTUNITY:

At Salesloft, our Senior Sales Compensation Analyst is pivotal to our company’s success. You will be a key member of our high-performing Revenue team, responsible for building and administering sales compensation packages and plans.

Responsibilities include:
  1. Maintaining a deep understanding of Xactly Incent and source data (Salesforce)
  2. Ensuring accurate employee data and compensation plan details
  3. Serving as the first contact for revenue team inquiries regarding commissions
  4. Ensuring timely distribution of sales compensation documents
  5. Setting up and maintaining user data
  6. Calculating commissions and ensuring payments are made promptly
  7. Communicating with the revenue organization and senior leadership to manage expectations
  8. Making operational adjustments within Xactly Compensation system
  9. Preparing reports on commissions earned and paid
  10. Providing analytical insights into compensation plans and systems
  11. Staying updated on industry trends in sales compensation
  12. Performing ad hoc reporting and analysis
  13. Performing additional responsibilities as needed
What we’re looking for:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Sales Compensation/Commissions
  • 3+ years with Xactly Incent development and administration
  • Strong Excel and data analysis skills
  • Ability to analyze data and drive decision-making
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Experience with Salesforce preferred
  • Ability to handle confidential information
  • Support for multiple projects concurrently
  • Understanding of SaaS business model a plus
Onboarding milestones include:

Within one month, you'll attend orientation, set OKRs, and familiarize yourself with systems. Over the next three, six, and twelve months, you'll become proficient in Xactly, handle system administration, and become the go-to expert on commissions.

Compensation:

Base pay range: $74,000—$125,000 USD, with potential bonuses, stock, and benefits.
