At Salesloft, our Senior Sales Compensation Analyst is pivotal to our company’s success. You will be a key member of our high-performing Revenue team, responsible for building and administering sales compensation packages and plans.
Within one month, you'll attend orientation, set OKRs, and familiarize yourself with systems. Over the next three, six, and twelve months, you'll become proficient in Xactly, handle system administration, and become the go-to expert on commissions.
