What you'll do as a Senior Compensation Analyst- Assist with the administration of employee compensation programs including base pay, bonus and long-term incentive pay, working closely with the HRIS, Talent Acquisition, Payroll, Finance and Operations teams
- Plan, administer and execute all annual compensation cycle activities, including serving as a resource for management to assist with making informed decisions
- Conduct market analysis and collaborate with Talent Acquisition, and people leaders to ensure compensation offerings are aligned with market and internal equity
- Evaluate jobs to ensure they are slotted appropriately within Dycom's job architecture and salary structure
- Supports the advancement of compensation initiatives including the development and deployment of salary bands and job descriptions, and implementation of compensation and variable pay management software
- Provide reporting, analytics, and KPI tracking to ensure compliance with Dycom's compensation philosophy and to understand market position. Use data to provide recommendations for compensation strategy
- Researches and responds to complex compensation related questions, and advises key stakeholders on best practices
- Ensure data integrity by performing regular audits
- Participate in compensation surveys, compile data, complete analysis, and present findings
- Review FLSA status to determine appropriate classifications
What you'll need- To be 18 years of age or older
- Authorization to work in the United States for this company
- You have a bachelor's degree in Human Resources, related field or equivalent experience
- You have 5+ year's prior compensation experience
- You have a robust understanding of HRIS systems, Excel and reporting
- You must be highly organized and able to manage time well in order to meet deadlines
- You have strong hands on experience with MS Office and Google Apps
- You have strong communication and presentation skills
- You enjoy working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with an emphasis on multitasking
- You may have experience implementing or working with compensation and variable pay management software, preferably SAP SuccessFactors
- You may have a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR), Professional Human Resources (PHR), and/or Certified Compensation Professional (CCP)
- You may have working knowledge of process improvement methodologies
