Armstrong Transport Group is seeking a Senior Sales Commission Analyst to ensure accurate commission and incentive payments for brokers, agents, and internal sales teams across multiple cadences. You will work with Sigma BI tools and Sage Intacct, partnering with HR, Operations, and Finance to document plans end-to-end.

You will build and test commission plans, perform reasonableness reviews, and serve as the primary contact for commission inquiries.

Competenze

• 4+ years in sales commissions, incentive compensation, or a related finance role.
• Experience with Sigma or similar BI tool and Sage Intacct or similar GL; HRIS a plus.
• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, nested formulas, large-data modeling).
• Demonstrated ability to reconcile complex data sets and trace variances to source.
• Experience with month-end commission accruals and reconciliations.

Mansioni

• Calculate, process, and release commission payments on multiple cadences for brokers, agents, and internal staff.
• Reconcile payouts and accruals to the GL and HRIS systems; ensure data integrity.
• Explain calculations and plan mechanics to sales staff and leadership; train new agents.
• Document exceptions and resolutions; strengthen internal controls and processes.
• Build and test new commission plans; model cost impact and perform analyses.
• Prepare accrual reconciliation files for month-end and year-end.
