Job summary

Zscaler is seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst to join our IT Business Apps team. This hybrid role in San Jose, CA (or Bellevue, WA) will bridge business goals and technical execution, leading scalable Sales Cloud solutions and GTM workflows across Salesforce and partner tools.

You will collaborate with stakeholders to define goals, design functional specifications, guide offshore and onshore teams, and drive efficient GTM operations that support growth.

Qualifications

• 5+ years IT experience including software development lifecycle or equivalent.
• 3+ years hands-on experience with Salesforce.com Sales Cloud.
• Experience gathering requirements and implementing Salesforce solutions for sales and partner management.
• Ability to drive projects with cross-functional and globally distributed teams.
• Strong analytical and data-driven communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a process and systems leader for GTM strategy across tools.
• Facilitate discussions with stakeholders to define goals and deliverables.
• Translate business needs into functional and technical designs and manage intakes.
• Design scalable workflows that automate sales processes and optimize GTM operations.
• Lead offshore and onshore teams through end-to-end GTM implementations in Salesforce and GTM tools.
