Job summary

Zscaler seeks a Senior Enterprise Applications Administrator to join our IT Digital Employee Experience team. This hybrid role in San Jose, CA or Remote in Denver, CO partners with Collaboration Solutions and drives AI-enabled collaboration across enterprise apps.

You will govern Google Workspace and MS365, implement MCP/Agent frameworks, and ensure FedRAMP alignment while leading a team to deliver secure, cutting-edge services in enterprise and FedRAMP environments.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in Google Workspace and MS365 admin consoles with scripting.
Proven ability to configure data connectors and API integrations.
Experience managing IAM in FedRAMP environments with RBAC and Jump hosts.
Skilled in automating user provisioning/deprovisioning and ConMon audit readiness.

Responsibilities

Develop and articulate strategic vision for Google Workspace and MS365 aligned with FedRAMP.
Lead design, implementation, and optimization of Google Workspace and security features.
Automate management tasks for user/group objects across Google Workspace and MS365.
Drive AI-powered collaboration ecosystem lifecycle for Gemini for Enterprise and Claude Co‑Work.
Lead technical implementation and integration of AI platforms with enterprise apps.
