We are looking for a Senior Business Systems Analyst to join our team. This is a Hybrid role based in San Jose, CA or Bellevue, WA (3 days in office), reporting to the Director, CRM & PRM Applications in the IT Business Apps department. In this pivotal role, you will act as a strategic link between business goals and technical execution, leading the design and delivery of scalable Sales Cloud solutions. You will partner deeply with cross-functional teams to translate complex GTM requirements into high‑impact systems that drive efficiency and growth.
What you’ll do (Role Expectations)
- Serve as a process and systems leader with deep ownership of how GTM strategy is operationalized across tools.
- Coordinate and facilitate discussions with key business stakeholders to define business and systems goals, prioritizing requirements, and ensuring clarity of deliverables.
- Partner with cross‑functional stakeholders to understand business needs, translate them into functional and technical designs, and handle intakes and troubleshooting in a timely manner.
- Design and orchestrate agentic workflows, scalable, intelligent solutions that automate sales processes and optimize GTM operations.
- Lead and guide offshore and onshore teams through the end‑to‑end implementation, evolution, and optimization of GTM process and workflows in Salesforce and other GTM tools.

What We’re Looking for (Minimum Qualifications)
- Demonstrated curiosity and active exploration of AI tools, with a proven history of integrating new technologies to enhance daily workflows and augment problem‑solving.
- 5+ years of IT experience, including the software development life cycle or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years of hands‑on experience with Salesforce.com Sales Cloud platform.
- Experience gathering requirements, designing business processes, and implementing Salesforce solutions for sales and partner management.
- Demonstrated ability to drive projects with cross‑functional and globally distributed teams.
- Strong analytical, data‑driven, communication, and organization skills; able to provide occasional after‑hours support for critical issues as needed.
What Will Make You Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- Experience with GTM Planning, Qualification, Activity Management or similar seller‑related tools, and integrating them with Salesforce platform.
- Background in account and opportunity management, or building scalable lead‑to‑opportunity business processes.
- Experience delivering AI‑enabled workflows using Salesforce capabilities such as Einstein or Agentforce, or other AI tools.
Pay Range
$108,500—$155,000 USD
