Tempur Sealy, a global leader in bedding solutions, seeks a Tempur-Pedic Sales Associate to deliver exceptional customer service and drive product sales. You may step into store management duties when the Store Manager is unavailable, including opening/closing the store and guiding the team.

The role emphasizes leadership in the sales process, brand integrity, and high-quality customer care consistent with Tempur Sealy standards.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–3 years of retail experience, preferably with high-end luxury or custom products.
• Strong sales skills in a consultative environment.
• Proven ability to lead, direct, and train others in a store setting.
• Familiarity with current best practice retail methods and standards.
• Able to collaborate and lead or follow as needed.
• Flexible work schedule to match store hours.
• Proficient with current retail software / computer systems.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in managing and maintaining overall store performance.
• Provide leadership in all areas of the sales process and maintain Tempur Sealy's brand.
• Continue to perform Retail Sales Associate responsibilities at a high level.
• Assist Store Manager in identifying deficiencies and solving problems in the store and with the sales team.
• Assist with merchandising and implementing company programs.
• Resolve issues within the sales team and escalate larger problems to the Store Manager.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
