Job summary

Rack Room Shoes in Greenville, SC is seeking SR Sales Associates to deliver excellent customer service, meet store goals, and execute POS and back-office tasks including refunds, exchanges, and Customer Pickup orders.

You will help maintain product knowledge, assist in inventories, and ensure proper merchandising and loss-prevention awareness while upholding company policies and a positive store environment.

Qualifications

• Interpersonal skills to deal with customers and employees.
• Basic communication and math skills.
• Experience in retail sales, preferably footwear or specialty retail.
• Familiarity with store policies and procedures.
• Basic visual merchandising and store presentation knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Create an excellent shopping experience by adhering to service standards.
• Assist with refunds/exchanges and processing S2H and Customer Pickup orders.
• Maintain merchandise presentation and store cleanliness and organization.
• Develop product knowledge and fitting skills.
• Participate in physical inventories and shipping/receiving as needed.
• Process sales and POS transactions in accordance with policies.
