Rack Room Shoes is seeking a Sales Associate to deliver excellent customer service and meet store goals. You will handle refunds, exchanges, and customer pickup orders while maintaining store presentation and policy compliance.

The role involves assisting customers, handling POS transactions, and supporting stock and back-office tasks as needed in a fast-paced footwear retail environment.
