Job summary

Skin Laundry in New York is seeking a Senior Sales Associate to support clinic operations, drive sales and educate clients on products, memberships and treatments.

You will open/close, reconcile registers, manage inventory and merchandising, coach sales staff, and help onboard new team members. This full-time role reports to the Clinic Manager with benefits including medical, dental and vision, 401(k) and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years of retail, hospitality or service experience; skincare or aesthetics experience preferred
• Intermediate knowledge of retail operations, POS systems and cash handling
• Familiarity with Zenoti or similar scheduling and sales software
• Leadership or keyholder experience preferred
• Strong product knowledge and interest in skincare
• Strong interpersonal, communication and problem-solving skills
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Full availability to work and be scheduled full-time, including evenings, holidays and special events
• Must work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) regularly
• Able to commit to a schedule made 60 days in advance
• Able to reliably commute to the home clinic and periodically cover other clinics as needed
• Able to stand for long periods, walk, and lift and move inventory or equipment up to 25 lbs

Responsibilities

• The Senior Sales Associate supports the clinic team in running daily operations and leads by example on the sales floor.
• In this peer‑leadership role you will drive daily sales and conversion goals, educate clients on products, memberships and treatments, and support client retention and loyalty programs.
• You will also help with opening and closing, register reconciliation, inventory and merchandising, coach Sales Associates on the floor, and help onboard new team members.
• This full‑time position reports to the Clinic Manager.
