Reliably commute to the home clinic location and periodically travel to other clinics to provide coverage as needed.
The Aesthetic Sales Associate supports the day‑to‑day operations of the clinic by leading through example on the sales floor and ensuring a consistent, high‑quality client experience. The role acts as an experienced peer leader—helping drive sales performance, providing informal guidance to team members, and ensuring operational tasks are completed accurately and efficiently. The SA supports smooth shift execution and operational excellence but does not hold final authority for hiring, scheduling, or policy decisions.
Clinic Manager

Travel is not a requirement for this role but may occasionally involve providing support to neighboring stores during peak times or special events.
This role requires flexibility in working hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, to meet the demands of high‑volume clinic environments. The position provides opportunities to lead during peak times, oversee key events, and support new initiatives.
The Sales Associate role is an on‑site role, requiring a strong presence during assigned shifts to lead operations, engage with clients, and support team success.
