Job summary

Faith Technologies Inc. in the United States is seeking a Sales Application Engineer-Switchboards to join the Product Sales team. The role may be based in Menasha, WI; Olathe, KS; or remote (nationwide), depending on experience and business needs.

You will be the go-to technical expert, partnering with Sales, Engineering and Product teams to support customers from pre-sales to post-sales, ensuring proper integration of our switchboard technology into diverse systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Construction Management preferred.
• 3–5+ years of experience with technical products and customer projects.
• UL891 switchboard experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Technical Sales Support: act as the primary technical expert to support sales and close opportunities.
• Customer Consultation: guide customers through project lifecycles with technical recommendations.
• Process Development & Continuous Improvement: document and refine technical sales processes.
• Technical Quotation Review: verify quotes for technical accuracy and compliance.
• Data Integrity & System Management: maintain product configuration and configurator rules.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: align with engineering, product management, and operations.
• Product & Application Expertise: maintain deep knowledge of product lines for training.
• Performs other related duties as required.
