Job summary

Honeywell is seeking a Sr. Application / Systems Sales Engineer to help customers and channel partners select, understand, and apply building automation solutions across North America and selected international markets.

You will combine technical expertise with strong communication to support sales opportunities, deliver demonstrations and training, and build lasting customer relationships. You must have 5+ years in applications or systems engineering or technical sales, plus 5+ years in

Qualifications

• 5+ years in applications engineering, systems engineering, technical sales, or sales engineering.
• 5+ years in building automation, HVAC, airflow control, or related industries.
• Ability to explain technical solutions clearly through presentations, demonstrations, and training.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer visits, product demonstrations, and solution presentations with sales teams.
• Provide pre-sales application support to sales teams, dealers, and channel partners.
• Translate customer requirements into practical critical flow control applications.
• Develop and deliver onboarding, product, application, and sales training.
• Support key accounts, joint sales calls, trade shows, and industry events.
• Keep demonstration systems, training materials, and technical documentation current.
• Share competitive insights and collaborate with Sales, Engineering, Product Management, and Technical Support.
