Job summary

Honeywell Technologies is seeking a Sr. Application / Systems Sales Engineer to help customers and channel partners select and apply our building automation solutions across North America and selected international markets.

You will combine technical expertise with strong communication to support sales opportunities, deliver demonstrations, and train end users. The role requires 5+ years in applications/systems engineering or technical sales, plus experience in building automation or HVAC.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in applications/systems engineering, technical sales, or sales engineering.
• 5+ years in building automation, HVAC, airflow control, or related industry.
• Ability to explain technical solutions clearly via presentations, demos, and training.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer visits, product demonstrations, and solution presentations with sales teams.
• Provide pre-sales application support to sales teams, dealers, and channel partners.
• Translate customer requirements into practical flow control applications.
• Develop and deliver onboarding, product, application, and sales training.
• Support key accounts, joint sales calls, trade shows, and industry events.
• Keep demonstration systems, training materials, and documentation current.
• Share competitive insights and collaborate with Sales, Engineering, Product Management, and Tech Support.
