Samyang America, Inc. is seeking a Sales Strategy & Analyst Specialist to partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain in delivering insights that drive growth and profitability.

You will analyze sales trends, customer performance, and syndicated data to build dashboards, reports, and KPIs that reveal performance and opportunities. Reporting to the Sales Strategy Manager, you will support territory alignment, quota planning, pricing analysis, forecasting, and business reviews while

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in sales operations, strategy, or analytics.
• Strong Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills.
• Ability to translate data into clear, actionable recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Analyze sales performance, customer trends, and market dynamics to identify growth opportunities and provide actionable insights.
• Manage and analyze syndicated data (Circana, Nielsen) to evaluate category performance and trends.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and KPIs that provide visibility into sales performance and metrics.
• Support sales planning initiatives including territory alignment, quota planning, pricing analysis, forecasting, and business reviews.
• Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, and Customer Service for data-driven planning.
• Communicate regularly with headquarters on initiatives, sharing performance results and priorities.
