Zusammenfassung

Samyang America is seeking a Sales Data & Administration Specialist to build and maintain structured sales data from the ground up, manage the Sales Master File and KPI Tracker, and serve as a data liaison with SCM and Business Management teams.

You will compile PO, shipment, and invoice data, create pivot tables, ensure accuracy across master files, and support monthly revenue reporting. This role requires 0-2+ years in sales admin, advanced Excel, and English–Korean bilingual proficiency.

Qualifikationen

• 0-2+ years of experience in sales administration, sales support, or data management.
• Strong communication, organizational, coordination, and follow-up skills with daily interaction with SCM and Business Management teams.
• Ability to handle large data sets and multiple reporting timelines with high accuracy.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, data consolidation and cleansing).

Aufgaben

• Compile and organize raw sales data (POs, shipments, invoices, deductions) from source systems.
• Build and maintain structured Excel files to make data analysis-ready for sales and management teams.
• Consolidate monthly revenue figures by customer, channel, and SKU based on POs.
• Update and maintain the Sales Master File and KPI Tracker.
• Communicate regularly with SCM, Sales, and Finance on data, inventory, and revenue reporting.
