Job summary

Astound Broadband is seeking a Sales Operations Analyst to ensure quality, accuracy, and timely execution of major projects supporting the Sales organization. You will analyze commission processes, build dashboards, and provide program management for regional and national teams.

The role focuses on optimizing compensation workflows, reporting, and collaboration with VPs and sales leaders. A background in telecom and strong CRM/MS Office skills are preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years supporting an outside sales force by assisting in best practices, process improvements, and data analysis.
• Experience in Telecom is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of CRM systems, MS Office, information systems, and organizational development.

Responsibilities

• Provide analysis and program management of the commission’s process and recognition programs for the regional sales team.
• Provide national support to the other members of the sales support team as needed.
• Provide operations support for the channel and to the VP of Sales to ensure SMB, Enterprise and GEMS teams meet goals and customer satisfaction.
• Guide Regional Sales Managers on process and procedure improvements.
• Assist in creating and implementing best practices for new processes and company standards with management and staff.
• Create and maintain multiple sales reporting dashboards (weekly channel sales updates, month/quarter results, commission reporting).
• Assist with migration and adoption of the automated commission system, including dashboards and reports.
• Analyze and monitor plant mapping projects and capex deployment/.network expansion financials.
• Manage the commission audits across SMB, Enterprise and GEMS and coordinate payroll accuracy.
• Provide analyses and expert recommendations to leadership on M&P documentation and process improvements.
• Assist with budgets and forecasts; develop business plans and quarterly updates.
• Other duties as assigned.
