Job summary

American Income Life is seeking a Sr. Sales Administration Analyst to join our team in a hybrid role in Waco, TX.

You will evaluate and resolve escalated matters affecting the Agency Organization, analyze sales data, and work with Home Office leaders to drive process improvements that support agent growth and retention. The role requires strong Excel/Access skills, excellent communication, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 3+ years in Sales Administration, Agent Compensation, Policy Administration, or related role.
• Advanced verbal and written communication, able to interact with executives and sales agents.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and Access.
• Ability to manage time, multitask, meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Compose professional, timely communications for escalated inquiries from the Agency Organization.
• Analyze data across policy life cycle focusing on new business and retention of existing business.
• Analyze data across the agent life cycle including onboarding, licensing, compensation, PVFC, policy administration, retention, new business, and underwriting.
• Prepare documentation and ad-hoc reports for executive leaders to support decision-making.
