American-Amicable Life Insurance Company of Texas is seeking an Insurance Application Analyst in Waco to review life insurance applications for accuracy and completeness, support underwriting decisions, and render decisions within guidelines. You will act as a quality checkpoint and communicate with agents while maintaining detailed case notes.

The role requires strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Review life insurance applications for accuracy and completeness.
• Render underwriting decisions within guidelines (approvals/declinations/plan changes).
• Research eligibility using MVR, criminal records, and other sources.
• Maintain detailed case notes and communicate additional information as needed.
• Conduct underwriting checks within approved authority limits up to $300,000.
• Assist with compliance and agent communications.
