Job summary

Angi is seeking a data-driven Senior Analyst to optimize the performance of its pro sales team through advanced analytics. You will build dashboards, forecast staffing, and design sales commission plans that align with company goals, working with sales, operations, and product managers to drive profitability and efficiency.

You will develop predictive models, evaluate outcomes, and support new tools and strategies to improve sales productivity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Economics, Statistics, Engineering, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
• 6+ years of analytical experience in an e-commerce, marketplace, or home services-related field.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and data analysis tools like Python or R.
• Expertise in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
• Ability to build complex, clear analytical models and forecasts in Excel and Google Sheets.
• Experience analyzing and recommending sales and commission plans for a large sales organization.
• Experience leveraging AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Cortex Code) for automation and workflow efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain dashboards and reporting to monitor Angi’s sales organization.
• Forecast staffing and hiring levels across Angi’s sales teams.
• Design and implement sales commission plans aligned with company goals.
• Analyze sales performance and compensation data to identify trends and optimize results.
• Develop models to calculate profitability of sales rep activity and advise improvements.
• Create analytics plans to support A/B testing and new sales strategies and tools.
