Job summary

Xometry is seeking a seasoned analytics leader to own Sales analytics end-to-end, partnering with senior executives to define metrics, forecast, and drive quota strategies. You will architect dashboards, govern data ecosystems, and mentor analysts in a high-visibility role.

You’ll translate ambiguous business questions into structured analyses, build robust forecasting models, and collaborate across Product, Marketing, and Finance to ensure a single source of truth.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Sales/Revenue Operations or related analytics
• Advanced SQL and Looker/LookML
• Advanced Excel/Sheets for multi-scenario models
• CRM systems knowledge (Salesforce)
• Advising and influencing VP/C-level stakeholders using data
• Strong storytelling and executive communication skills
• Statistical literacy: trend analysis, forecasting, cohort analysis
• Experience owning an analytics roadmap or reporting infrastructure end-to-end

Responsibilities

• Act as analytics partner to Sales leadership and executives; define metrics and quota strategy
• Translate ambiguous business questions into analyses
• Own architecture, roadmap, and governance of Sales dashboards and reporting infrastructure
• Design and refine sales quota models and forecasting
• Build and evolve forecasting methodology with statistical rigor
• Set reporting standards and mentor junior analysts
• Identify data risks and anomalies and escalate to leadership
• Represent analytics in planning cycles and advise on trade-offs with data-backed recommendations
