Job summary

Angi is seeking a Senior Manager of Sales Operations to steward Salesforce and our broader sales tech stack, driving adoption, diagnosing friction, and prioritizing improvements that move the sales motion forward.

You will partner with Product and Change Management to implement changes, validate impact, and ensure reps are equipped to use new tools. This role blends sales strategy with systems execution and data storytelling.

Qualifications

• Requires 6+ years of Sales Operations or Revenue Operations experience.
• Hands-on Salesforce experience—reporting, dashboards, data quality management; Admin certification a plus.
• Proven ability to manage a complex backlog and prioritize in a fast-moving environment.
• Experience partnering with product/technical teams to deliver system improvements.

Responsibilities

• Develop deep understanding of end-to-end sales motion, rep experience across segments.
• Identify pain points and opportunities for tool/process improvements.
• Translate feedback into actionable enhancement recommendations; drive adoption and measure impact.
• Own Salesforce backlog, data integrity, and reporting standards; guide adjacent tools.
