Job summary

Mammoth Brands is hiring a Grocery Retail Sales Analyst & Enablement Sr. Associate to drive analytics, reporting, and storytelling for our Grocery channel. This role partners with Sales and Finance to influence decisions and optimize shelf execution.

You will own data infrastructure, dashboards, and administrative workflows across selected accounts, with travel to retailer meetings as needed. SoHo-based office and a strong cross-functional collaboration culture are part of the role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 1–3 years in CPG sales or retail analytics.
• Experience with syndicated data platforms like Circana (IRI) or Nielsen.
• Ability to synthesize data into clear, actionable insights and polished presentations.

Responsibilities

• Own analytics and performance reporting for the Grocery channel.
• Build selling stories using syndicated data, POS, and internal reports.
• Provide ad hoc analyses for sell-in, line reviews, and planning.
• Translate data into clear narratives for merchant conversations.
• Develop dashboards and tools to scale across accounts; leverage AI where appropriate.
• Manage retailer administrative workflows and contractual obligations.
