Job summary

Mammoth Brands in New York is seeking a Senior Grocery Retail Sales Analyst & Enablement Associate to join the Retail team. You will own analytics and reporting for the Grocery channel, turning data into selling stories that drive growth across Harry’s, Flamingo, Lume, and Mando.

This role blends analytics with administrative workflows, supporting line reviews, promotional planning, and retailer meetings with clear, actionable insights.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills with ability to translate data into clear selling narratives.
• Experience with syndicated data (Circana/Nielsen) and retailer POS is a plus.
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration and communication.

Responsibilities

• Own the analytics and performance reporting for the Grocery channel across weekly, monthly and ad hoc scorecards.
• Build and maintain best-in-class selling stories grounded in data from Circana/Nielsen, retailer POS, and internal reporting.
• Serve as the go-to data expert for the Grocery channel, supporting sell-in, line reviews, promotions, and category reviews.
• Translate complex data sets into clear narratives to help the sales team walk into retailer meetings with confidence.
• Proactively surface trends and insights to guide planning and decision-making.
