Flamingo, part of Mammoth Brands, seeks a Grocery Retail Sales Analyst & Enablement Sr. Associate in New York. You will own analytics, line review support, and performance reporting to drive growth across the Grocery channel.

90% of the role focuses on retailer analytics, storytelling, and data-driven recommendations for shelf and P&L impact. Beyond analytics, you will manage administrative workflows, contract commitments, and data platforms to ensure accuracy and timeliness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 1–3 years of experience in CPG sales or retail analytics.
• Experience with syndicated data platforms such as Circana (IRI) or Nielsen.
• Strong analytical foundation with ability to synthesize data into insights and presentations.
• Highly organized with experience managing administrative and contractual workstreams.

Responsibilities

• Own analytics and performance reporting for the Grocery channel (weekly, monthly, ad hoc) to support brands across the portfolio.
• Build and maintain selling stories grounded in syndicated data, retailer POS, and internal reporting.
• Provide ad hoc analysis to support sell-in preparation, line reviews, promotions, and category reviews.
• Translate complex data into clear narratives for the sales team to present at retailer meetings.
• Proactively surface trends, risks, and opportunities across the Grocery portfolio.
• Build dashboards, tools, and reporting processes to improve efficiency across the Retail team.
