Job summary

JM Test Systems, Inc. is seeking a Senior Sales Analyst to partner with Sales and Marketing, turning commercial data into actionable insights that drive revenue growth. You will own sales performance reporting, pipeline analytics, and marketing ROI analysis, collaborating with leadership to steer data-driven decisions.

You will build forecasting models, apply predictive analytics, and develop self-service tools with our AI and analytics teams, enabling the salesforce to act on insights daily.

Qualifications

• Required: Data science, statistics, CS, business analytics, math, or related field.
• Required: 2+ years in analytics, commercial operations, or related role with measurable insights.
• Required: Experience applying AI-driven analytics, ML, or predictive models in a business setting.
• Required: Strong proficiency with Claude or other LLM tools, SQL, R, Excel, and PowerPoint; knowledge of data warehousing, ETL, and data governance.
• Required: Experience with CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce) and sales/marketing automation tools; collaboration with Data Engineering.

Responsibilities

• Own sales performance reporting and deliver revenue-related dashboards.
• Analyze trends across accounts, segments, geographies, and service lines to identify growth.
• Connect marketing to revenue by analyzing campaign performance and attribution.
• Build self-service analytics tools with engineers and AI.
• Develop forecasting models and apply predictive analytics for at-risk accounts.
