Job summary

JM Test Systems LLC in Baton Rouge, LA, is seeking an Analytics Manager to lead a new analytics team and make data a core part of decision-making. You’ll build dashboards, deliver high-impact analyses, and partner with Data Engineering to embed AI-driven insights across the business.

Reporting to the VP of Corporate Strategy and Development, you’ll shape analytics strategy, recruit top talent, and create scalable data views.

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field and 4+ years in analytics or data science.
• Proven experience implementing AI-driven analytics and predictive models.
• Strong proficiency with BI tools and programming languages; data views collaboration with engineering.
• Excellent communication and project management skills; knowledge of data governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead the creation of an analytics team from the ground up.
• Deliver high-impact analyses, dashboards, and automated reporting.
• Embed AI and predictive modeling into business decision processes.
• Partner with Data Engineering to ensure accessible, high-quality data views.
