Job summary

Nextpower seeks a Senior Sales Analyst to be based in Fremont, Nashville, or San Rafael. You will input and manage all customer project data in the CRM, generate quotations and comprehensive proposals from project requirements, and collaborate with Engineering, Logistics, Operations and Finance to maximize margin and exceed expectations.

You will support Account Managers and Sales Leaders, drive bid strategy, manage complex opportunities through the sales cycle, and coordinate with Marketing,

Qualifications

• 8+ years of B2B sales support experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience in sales analysis, financial analysis, business development and/or program management.
• Solar experience a plus.
• Proficiency with Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Experience using CRM (Salesforce) and ERP (NetSuite).
• Proven analytical background and strong communication skills.
• Attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to travel ~10%.

Responsibilities

• Sr. Sales Analyst will divide, follow up, and close incoming US leads.
• Run bid strategy meetings before quotes are released to customers.
• Manage multi-million-dollar opportunities through the NX Sale Process from RFP to contract.
• Maintain day-to-day interactions with key account stakeholders.
• Coordinate sales proposals with stakeholders and provide input to bid strategies.
• Track activities in NetSuite CRM and Salesforce CRM; manage CRM reporting and improvements.
• Generate sales reports/presentations for stakeholders and maintain sales models.
• Collaborate with Global Sales/BD, Marketing and Product Management on deals and products.
• Support Customer Care to ensure effective communications and satisfaction.
• Streamline proposal templates and client presentations; foster cross-department relations.
