Job summary

PowerGrid Services, LLC is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to lead Sales and Estimating application initiatives, collaborating with commercial leaders, Finance, Operations, Marketing, and technology teams.

You will analyze current and future-state processes for lead management, opportunity management, estimating, pricing, and related reporting, and translate objectives into requirements, user stories, data definitions, and acceptance criteria.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business, information systems, finance, sales operations, engineering, or related field; equivalent experience.
Minimum of 5 years progressive experience in business analysis, CRM, sales operations, or related consulting.
Experience translating commercial processes into application requirements and coordinating cross-functional system changes.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary BA for Sales and Estimating initiatives, partnering with commercial leaders, Finance, Operations, Marketing, and technology teams to understand priorities and outcomes.
Analyze current-state and future-state processes for lead management, opportunity management, data, estimating, pricing, approvals, proposal workflows, and reporting.
Translate business objectives into requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, data definitions, and integration requirements.
Perform functional analysis and support solution design across Salesforce, ZoomInfo, Microsoft Dynamics, estimating apps, and related systems.
Support data governance by defining ownership, fields, quality rules, and consistent definitions for pipeline, estimates, backlog, and forecast information.
Plan and coordinate UAT, regression testing, defect review, release readiness, training, and adoption activities for Sales and Estimating changes.
Utilize advanced Excel to transform and model data, build pipeline and forecasting models, and present findings to stakeholders.
Analyze handoffs and integrations among CRM, estimating, ERP, field service, Finance, and reporting systems for data quality and reporting integrity.
Maintain and prioritize the Sales and Estimating backlog based on value, revenue impact, dependency, and adoption capacity.
Create and maintain process documentation, decision records, training materials, and release communications to support CRM adoption.
