Job summary

The Nextpower Sales Analyst will input and manage all aspects of customer projects information within the CRM system, generate quotations and comprehensive proposals based on project technical requirements and customer needs. The Senior Sales Analyst collaborates with engineering, logistics, operations and finance to maximize margin and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

5+ years of B2B sales support experience.
BS/BA in business or technical field; MBA desired.
Experience in sales analysis, financial analysis, business development or program management.
Solar experience is a plus and enthusiasm for the technology.
Proficiency with Excel, Word, PowerPoint; CRM (Salesforce) and ERP (NetSuite).
Strong written and oral communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

Assist with multi-million dollar opportunities from RFP to contract handoff.
Coordinate inputs from engineering, logistics, operations, and finance for proposals.
Run bid strategy meetings and maintain CRM reporting and dashboards.
Prepare and present sales reports and presentations to stakeholders.
Develop creative deal structures with the global sales team and marketing.
Ensure timely completion of handoffs to operations and maintain data quality.
