Job summary

Campbell Soup Company in Rogers, AR is seeking a data-driven professional to support the Customer Team with sales data analysis, trend tracking, and daily performance monitoring. This hybrid role requires strong Excel skills and retail data familiarity to drive action plans.

You'll work on business planning, scorecards, and promotional input, collaborating with Finance and eCommerce to optimize plans and address opportunities. Occasional travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• 4 years of related work experience; CPG retail experience preferred.
• Advanced Excel skills; experience with Retail Link and syndicated data (IRI/Nielsen).

Responsibilities

• Assist Customer Team during the business planning process and scorecard assessments.
• Monitor inventory levels at distribution centers and store levels.
• Collaborate with eCommerce Lead to enhance Campbell's digital presence.
• Track weekly consumption, pricing, and distribution trends and report findings.
• Prepare promotional deal sheets and input data into planning systems.
