Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 3-5 years of experience in Sales Operations or related field.
• Experience in a B2B SaaS or supply chain environment preferred.
• Proficiency in Excel and Office suite.
• Strong analytical and data visualization skills.
• Ability to translate data into actionable recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Perform data-driven ROI analyses using multi-retailer data.
• Develop business cases for prospects and clients, including pricing and deduction recovery potential.
• Provide ad-hoc analysis to support upsell opportunities and contract negotiations.
• Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and KPI tracking for leadership visibility.
