Job summary

Campbell Soup is seeking a Customer Service professional to manage the order lifecycle from creation through delivery, ensuring accurate pricing, terms, lead times and inventory availability. You will build account profiles and collaborate with the Sales team to improve service metrics.

You will communicate with customers, track orders, respond to inquiries, and resolve issues promptly while meeting service levels. Prior experience in customer service and supply chain is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Microsoft Office experience required.
• SAP experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage order life cycle from creation to delivery ensuring accurate pricing, terms, lead-times and inventory.
• Build and maintain accurate account profiles and coordinate with Sales to improve service metrics.
• Communicate with customers by tracking orders, responding to inquiries and meeting service levels.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing and Distribution to resolve order discrepancies and service issues.
• Provide back-up support to other Customer Service team members and track key performance metrics.
• Analyze requests and propose solutions for lead times, ads, pricing, deductions, and stock availability.
