Job summary

Campbell Soup Company in the United States is seeking an experienced analytics professional to lead the development, maintenance, and enhancement of dashboards, scorecards, and automated analytics tools for sales, operations, and finance.

You will partner with Field Sales, Operations, Finance, IT, and other stakeholders to translate business needs into analytical solutions, build KPIs, and drive data-driven decisions with clear storytelling.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, Information Systems, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in business analytics, category management, data science, sales & operations reporting, or related disciplines.
• Experience building and managing reporting solutions, dashboards, and performance measurement frameworks.
• Advanced abilities in Power BI, Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development, maintenance, and enhancement of dashboards, scorecards, and automated analytics tools.
• Analyze sales, operational, and execution performance data to identify trends, risks, opportunities, and clear business actions.
• Develop and monitor KPIs that measure sales execution, route performance, operational effectiveness, and business health.
• Drive reporting standardization, governance, and best practices to ensure consistent, accurate, and scalable analytics.
• Partner with Field Sales, Operations, Finance, IT, and other stakeholders to translate business needs into analytical solutions.
• Support strategic initiatives through advanced analysis, performance measurement, forecasting, and business case development.
• Communicate insights and recommendations through concise reporting, presentations, and data storytelling.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, automate reporting, and enhance decision-making through data-driven solutions.
• Lead or support cross-functional projects focused on analytics modernization, reporting enhancements, and continuous improvement.
• Build team capability and foster collaboration, innovation, and customer-focused problem solving.
