Job summary

RKL seeks a Sr. Solution Architect to lead client projects from kickoff through delivery.

You will collaborate with the Practice Director to design and deploy efficient, secure, and cost-effective solutions, and supervise the project team to ensure quality and client satisfaction. In this role you will manage requirements, budgets, scope, and schedules, mentor staff, and participate in sales activities as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in MIS/CS/Accounting/Finance.
• 7+ years’ experience as a Solution Architect within ERP and/or professional services.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced Excel skills.
• Project management background including Smartsheet experience.
• Excellent communication with management and staff.

Responsibilities

• Understand client needs to design, develop and deploy reliable solutions.
• Lead client delivery activities with assigned accounts, including discovery and requirements gathering.
• Manage budgets, scope, and schedules; prepare status reports and test logs.
• Mentor teams and provide best-practice guidance on financial processes and implementation approaches.
• Collaborate with Practice Director on kickoff, project oversight, and staffing.
