Job summary

RKL LLP is seeking a Senior Solution Architect to manage client projects end-to-end and assist the Practice Director with daily oversight. You will collaborate on implementation strategy, ensure efficient, secure, and cost-effective architectures, and serve as a subject matter expert and delivery lead throughout project lifecycles.

The role requires 7+ years of ERP/FP&A architecture experience, strong PM skills, and the ability to guide teams, manage budgets, and maintain client relationships

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in MIS, CS, Accounting, Finance or related field.
• 7+ years’ experience as a Solution Architect in ERP/professional services.
• Strong knowledge of MS Office with advanced Excel skills.
• Certification based on product requirement.
• Solid project management background and experience with project management tools (e.g., Smartsheet).
• In-depth ERP/FP&A knowledge across modules, technical and operational processes.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and deploy reliable solutions based on client needs.
• Lead client delivery activities, including discovery and requirements gathering.
• Collaborate with Practice Director to kickoff projects and manage budgets/scope.
• Provide best-practice guidance on financial processes and implementation approaches.
• Develop and monitor statements of work and project plans.
• Coach and evaluate team performance; manage staffing with HR.
• Maintain client relationships and ensure excellent service during and after implementation.
• Ensure deliverables from vendor partners meet fit-for-purpose standards.
• Lead and participate in sales and marketing activities as needed.
• Travel to local and non-local clients as needed.
