Job summary

Net at Work is seeking a Support Consultant to partner with clients and internal teams to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve Intacct ERP issues. You will manage complex support cases, ensure timely updates, and uphold service quality across the engagement lifecycle.

The role emphasizes hands-on troubleshooting, client communication, and documentation to support future requests and knowledge sharing across the team.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting Intacct or similar ERP systems in a professional setting.
• Hands-on knowledge of Intacct configuration, transactions, and SLA-driven support.

Responsibilities

• Triage and own support requests from intake to resolution, including escalated cases.
• Provide functional Intacct and integration support to clients, gathering replication details.
• Document tickets with steps to reproduce, root cause, and resolutions for knowledge transfer.
