Job summary

REDW is seeking a dedicated professional to support client software use and maintenance, while handling basic accounting processes. You will respond to client software and accounting requests and help with system implementations, including planning, installation and setup. A related degree and familiarity with ERP/Sage Intacct are valued.

The role emphasizes collaboration, certification upkeep, and delivering solid administrative and technical support across client environments.

Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor’s degree in accounting or a technology field.
• Strong bookkeeping or accounting foundation preferred.
• Experience with ERP software and Sage Intacct is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provides support for client software use and maintenance.
