Job summary

Net at Work in the United States is seeking a Sage Intacct Support Consultant to join our team. You will work directly with clients to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve complex issues while collaborating with consultants, support, and sales teams to deliver services projects and ensure customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities include triaging requests, providing functional Sage Intacct support, owning cases through resolution, and documenting steps to reproduce, root cause, and knowledge

Qualifications

• Experience supporting Sage Intacct or similar ERP systems.
• Hands-on knowledge of Intacct: admin, configurations, bank reconciliations, year-end closing.
• Able to manage conflicting priorities and maintain SLA expectations.

Responsibilities

• Triage support requests in tracking systems.
• Provide functional support for Sage Intacct and integrations with clients.
• Own requests through closure with regular status updates and high service quality.
• Document support ticket details, steps to reproduce, root cause and resolution.
• Review client contracts in line with signed SLAs.
