Job summary

Net at Work in the United States is seeking a Sage Intacct Support Consultant to join our team. You will work directly with clients to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve issues, including complex or escalated cases, while collaborating with other consultants, support and sales teams.

Responsibilities include triaging requests, owning tickets through closure, documenting steps and root cause, ensuring SLA fulfillment, and contributing to knowledge base and training for teammates.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting Intacct or similar ERP systems.
• Hands-on knowledge of Intacct system administration and configuration.
• Strong ability to manage conflicting priorities and communicate SLA expectations.

Responsibilities

• Triage support requests in tracking systems.
• Provide functional support for Sage Intacct and ISV integrations with clients.
• Own tickets through closure with regular status updates to clients.
