Qualifications

• Must obtain the Sage Intacct Implementation Specialist certification within 1-3 months of hire.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a keen interest in client-facing roles.
• Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively.
• Demonstrated ability to work harmoniously within a team setting.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Teams, OneDrive, etc).
• Ability to operate effectively in a remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Engage with clients, fostering a positive and collaborative relationship.

• Project coordination: working with clients and other parties to coordinate projects.
• Project tracking: keeping track of projects and updating documentation and checklists.
• Identifying and assessing client needs and issues.
• Ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Manage changes to the project schedule and scope.
• Provide comprehensive end-user training on Sage Intacct functionalities.
• Offer support through the lifecycle of implementation.
• Collaborate with clients to introduce opening balances.
• Clearly communicate with clients and internal teams.
• Track daily timesheets in the project management tool.
• Provide assistance to the Ongoing Support team.
