Qualifications

• Blue Card certified (Underground).
• Current Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain training procedures for underground mining in accordance with MSHA Act & Regulations.
• Ensure personnel are inducted and trained in their work area and aware of all workplace rules.
• Lead incident investigations to establish root cause and corrective actions.
• Facilitate Formal Risk Assessments and maintain training records and assessments.
• Develop a culture of high performance and mentor the underground safety team.
