What You'll Do

HELP USA seeks a Senior Safety Monitor Supervisor to oversee Safety Monitors and ensure the safe operation of the facility. Safety Monitors are often the first contact with residents upon entry, responsible for safety, welcoming residents, and setting a positive tone. Key duties include patrolling grounds, managing sign-in procedures, escorting visitors, conducting inspections, maintaining documentation, and preparing incident reports.

Your responsibilities will include:

  1. Supervising Safety Monitors to ensure policy adherence.
  2. Assisting in staff training development.
  3. Ensuring adequate daily staffing coverage.
  4. Documenting staff issues as needed.
  5. Preparing and submitting administrative reports on time.

You’re a great fit if you have:

  • New York State Security Guard License.
  • FDNY F-80 and F-02 certifications.
  • Associate's degree or equivalent experience.
  • At least three years of experience in law enforcement, security, or related fields, with supervisory skills.
  • Experience working with homeless or disadvantaged populations.
  • Ability to supervise staff effectively.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Availability for night and weekend shifts.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
