Collins Aerospace in Aguadilla, PR is seeking a Senior Engineer, Safety Risk Analyst to join our Global Engineering & Technology Center. You will perform safety risk analyses using Weibull and Monte Carlo methods, contribute to risk forecasting, and document results to regulatory standards.

Hybrid work arrangement applies with 3 days onsite and 2 days remote. Ideal candidates have a STEM degree, 5+ years of relevant experience, and strong English communication.

Qualifications

• Degree in STEM with 5+ years of experience or an advanced degree with 3+ years of experience.
• Strong English communication skills (verbal and written).
• U.S. citizenship is required to access information per program/contract.

Responsibilities

• Take technical ownership of safety risk analyses with available data.
• Support optimization of safety mitigation and risk governance.
• Collaborate within Risk Analysis and Statistical Methods communities of practice.
• Assist Product Safety Managers with participation in PSIT and PSB activities.
• Develop strategic roadmaps for SMS safety risk management and standard work.
