Job summary
Collins Aerospace in Aguadilla, PR is seeking a Reliability & Safety Engineer to lead reliability, maintainability and safety activities for landing systems and related aircraft components. The role blends analysis, safety engineering, and regulatory tasks across development and sustainment, with a hybrid work schedule (3 days onsite, 2 days remote).

Qualifications
- STEM degree with 2+ years of experience
- Advanced degree in a related field is a plus
- Fluent in English (verbal and written)
Responsibilities
- Provide Reliability/Maintainability/System Safety analyses for landing systems components
- Perform FMEA/FMECA, System Safety, Fault Tree Analysis and Reliability Predictions
- Support design engineering and product support in development and mature environments
- Participate in landing system design through preliminary to delivery
- Support RMS technical and project activities and safety assessments
