Collins Aerospace in Aguadilla, PR is seeking a Reliability & Safety Engineer to guide reliability, maintainability and safety activities for landing systems and related certification programs.

You will perform FMEA/FMECA, support design engineering and certification tasks, and interact with internal stakeholders and customers in a hybrid work model.

This role requires strong English communication, a STEM degree, and US citizenship.

Qualifications

• Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) or advanced degree.
• Professional experience communicating in English (verbal and written).
• U.S. citizenship is required for access to information.

Responsabilités

• Provide Reliability/Maintainability/System Safety analyses and design guidance for landing systems.
• Perform FMEA/FMECA, System Safety, Fault Tree Analysis and Reliability Predictions.
• Support design engineering, product support engineering and marketing in development and sustainment.
• Participate in all design stages from preliminary to delivery and certification.
• Support safety activities and regulatory tasks related to landing system certification.
