• 7+ years' experience in safety and/or project management.
• Construction industry experience preferred.
• BCSP and PMP certification preferred.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety projects from initiation through completion, ensuring alignment with goals.
• Develop detailed project plans, milestones, resources and budgets.
• Coordinate internal and external resources to meet scope and schedule.
• Communicate status, risks and issues to stakeholders and leadership.
• Integrate safety planning into preconstruction, field operations and closeout.
