Job summary

Cupertino Electric, Inc. (CEI) seeks a Project Safety Manager to support project teams in creating an Incident and Injury Free Culture. You will develop safety roadmaps, lead investigations, and ensure regulatory compliance on electrical construction sites.

You will drive weekly safety meetings, coordinate with project leadership, and monitor subcontractor safety performance in a dynamic on-site environment.

Qualifications

• OSHA 30 Construction required.
• Bachelor's degree in EHS or related field preferred.
• Three to five years of construction safety experience required.
• Strong communication and teamwork in a safety-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Project Safety Roadmap and Site Safety Plan.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local safety regulations.
• Generate weekly Total Case Incident Reports and report to leadership.
• Lead incident investigations with support from Production leadership.
• Monitor and audit CEI/Subcontractor safety compliance on projects.
